Anyways, this is just another advancement of war technology, wars wont be more frequent because of this... War wont spread farther.

Maybe maybe not. Countries might try more assassinations every once and while, which may lead to war. Things like this could easily cause a small war or two.
Besides, they are expensive as fuck compared to plain old bullets... Wouldnt be used too much
