So I magically fall onto the elevator, where Stealth and Sargeant Blackbro were.
So I walk into the room on my left directly in front of elevator, and then Stealth takes his UMP and fires at the barrels.

I don't know what really happened prior to the earlier rounds enough to definitively say why his karma got that low, but from remembering/reading chat at said time one could conclude there was something along the lines of "Everyone died".
