edit: As you said in one of your many messages ._. You do not have the textures for Cs:s. I believe you can see through the walls if you do not have these textures and that may have been why it seemed like he was wall-hacking.

Go into garrysmod and play the map zs_cs_office and take a screenshot or two of your surroundings and post it here.
