well time to input my opinion (get those -1 out boys and girls XD)

i think it should be done responsibly, because teen and young adults are going to have a ball in their glory years which is also the time of their sexual peek. so telling them to only have sex when they are ready, or with the person they love is like telling a burning building to stop burning. so they are going to do it anyways with all the risks included, which is why i think it should be done responsibly, by using condoms, not only so the male doesnt catch a SDT, but also so the female doesn't catch it from the male.

??????????

You derailed your own topic then thus proceeded to talk about STDs when the thread is about when the right time is.

STD's wasnt the focus of my post it was just the closing statement. im just saying that if you chose to have sex make sure you are prepared. because you can only dodge the baby bullet so many time. which sadly alot of young adults and teen, just go out unprepared and knock up someone or get knocked up.

but it never says when is the right time, it says when is it okay to have sex?

I believe on what mostly has been said.
I honestly don't believe I would stay a virgin when I got into a serious relationship before I get married. I just don't see that happening, but it is possible. I can control myself well enough. That's besides the point.
What I'm trying to get at is that sex in my eyes is a way of revealing your whole self to another. It's like saying, "This is who I am, and I trust you enough so that I can reveal myself to you."
You wouldn't want to reveal every, single detail about yourself to some random stranger you've known for a week would you?

If you and your partner have discussed about things such as possible STD's, what if you two had a child (Abortion, stay at home mom/dad, etc.), as well as whether you two were serious about it and loved each other, then it's alright.

How does being married make any difference to your experience? The only way I see it is if you let it bother you, but it shouldn't if you two are for real.

For me, I'm not so worried as to having sex before marriage. As long as my first (and hopefully last, but w/e) time is with someone I truly love and care for, then I know I won't regret anything. If I end up getting her pregnant, I want her to have the child. I'm not a strong believer in killing a fetus. (I don't care about your opinions). I'm fully willing to accept my actions and work my fingers to the bone to support a family, even if I'm only 16 (as of right now).

As a woman, I believe you have more to think about before having sex because some men are just there for the action, then gone forever. If you end up with a child, the woman is screwed and either has to choose something she doesn't want to do and what not.

The guy however can just make a hit and run and not have to worry about the kid.

Overall, make sure you can trust each other, make sure you have gone over every little factor that goes with sex, and most of all, be sure both of you are relaxed about the idea. If you're stressed about the idea, obviously you're not ready and/or you have doubts about each other.

Yeah, but a chick can't do the same? You know, fuck you, get preggo, get welfare, have her family raise the kid, she dumps you and doesn't give a fuck.

Men aren't the only pigs.

What if her parents aren't going to take the child?
and even if they do, the mother will always have that child. Or, at least he/she always will be in the family.

A guy can just fuck and forget it ever happened.

not always, the female can have the male pay child support. but i think a DNA test has to be made.

She can have the kid and have the father keep it all for himself.
