Someone please post the Z S server rules EXACTLY how they are.. or possibly update them? Need current rules.

Because this pretty much destroys the game mode and no one ever told me.

How so?
The only maps affected by this are zs_motel and infected hospital.

Although it is being discussed, so I don't know.

It destroys the game mode to have a rule that allows zombies to spawn and be able to get out of spawn?

I must have misunderstood what you're trying to say, in which case do clarify.


BTW:  IF the camping rule encompasses situations where people are going into fog, or ganging up on the fog so they die as soon as they spawn, or start moving [including shooting from just outside the fog], the camping situation is also terrible like this on castle age and infected facility as well as - obviously - trainterminal as DoeniDon has witnessed.

In which case, which I say with all respect intended, he should really try to put that on a sooner-rather-than-later  sort of list as a lot of the rules on that topic [for ZS, TTT, WS, Fretta, etc] are, IMO, needed very badly in an official capacity.

I must have misunderstood what you're trying to say, in which case do clarify.

I overstated as spawncamping simply applies to infected hospital AND css_office.
But that map is over played.

People will always go to zombie spawn and follow those who camp it.
It always happens. It is unchangeable unless the map itself is removed or refurnished to solve this dilemma.

And then people start complaining about how they cannot even step foot out of zombie spawn.
This is true, but complaining simply doesn't solve anything.

From Wave 1 - 2, about 3 people are killed, people are still camping the spawn
About 1/2 of the zombies complain they can't play and 1 - 2 zombies are AFK.

From Wave 3 forward, the tables completely turn, people with SMGs recede to the roof.
People die. Only survivors = treehouse caders + rarely people on the ground.


Since spawn camping only happens on about 5% of the total maps we already have,
Instead of making a rule that legally restricts players from going to an area why not physically restrict them?
Simply remove the map instead of zombifying people.

Its like finding a single sock out of a pair, instead of throwing it farther into your room (which temporarily solves the problem like the rule that was made),
pick it up and put it where you can resort to it if you find the other sock.


Imagine you were a cop arresting a man.
If you legally restrict him by verbally warning him, there will always be a chance that he could run away.
If you physically restrict him (handcuffs), there is absolutely no chance he can escape and he cannot break the rules.

Seriously people, are you like deliberately don't pay attention to my thread, or perhaps you think that if the thread is made by a VIP it is untrusted? Does the rank means our capabilities? Do you people think that VIPs MUST have lower knowledge about rules then admins? I think not. My thread is also open for ALL of the admins to edit it at any time so if something is wrong I believe that admins would have done something by now.

I talked to Coolz and he said this

"No, admins aren't allowed to use this rules as OFFICIAL rules until I have gone over them." Or something along the lines of that.

At this point he will most likely look at them and add them to the wiki if he has the time. A perfect example is the spawn camping. It IS allowed but on the rules list it says it's not. Coolz still needs to look over them,

Ex. they cade them self into the sky on infected hospital so that even fast zombies can't hit it.

Treehouse cades are not bannable.
Fast zombies can still still hit the cades and people inside of them.

50% of the time the humans inside die because there is a small ledge a fast zombie can
sit on to hit the humans inside.
