Yeah I love spicy shit as well. I put either hot hot sauce on something or dash my meal with different powdered spices because I fucking love spicy stuff. I'm one of the few people in my friends and family who can eat a jalapeno pepper raw by itself crunching away.

ANYWAY BACK ON TOPIC.

I usually cry my eyes out or I snap depending on the situation and who caused it or what caused it.
If i stub my toe (which angers me) I yell and scream and tell the table or dresser to go fuck itself.

If it's a person then I just usually confront them calmly and depending on how they react also depends on how I react.

I give myself a facepalm because i've obviously made mistakes i'd usually regret...but only because it's not fair for my friends to expierence stuff i've made. I mean, it's my problem and it shouldn't always be my friends' fault. Sometimes I feel kind of guilty for it. Then usually, people would kind of blame me for stuff that isn't even true; even when I try to just make a thread to get a view of others' opinions; which is kind of fine with me, but I don't see why I've made a mistake doing so.

It varies depending on the situation. However, it is nearly impossible to make me angry online. You might make my sigh, but that is about it. I only get angry at people in real life.

What I do depends on wether the anger can be supressed or if it has to be let out.

When I can supress it I either go read a book or watch ponies (wooo, big surprise).

If I have to let it out, I murder some clay pigeons.

This is one thing I really like about myself. I rarely get mad.
When something unfortunate happens, my mind automatically thinks of all the positive things that could come of the bad situation.

The only time I ever do get mad, or at the very least annoyed, is when someone who is obnoxious won't stop talking to me. I try to stay nice and ignore them without really ignoring them. I'll reply to one or two things, but seem bored with the conversation, or make it look like I got distracted by someone else.

It just really annoys me when people hang on me, or won't stop talking to me. Especially if I'm not in the mood to talk.

If I ever am mad, I'll text my best friend and sort of vent to her and get some feedback as well. If that doesn't work, then I just deal with it and move on.

When I was really little and angry: I remember when  I was about 3 years old I was under my dads desk and I broke our Abe's Odyssey CD :< Luckily we had another copy so it was ok :3

When I was around 5/6 years old: I had the annoying 1 eyed monster toy from Lilo and Stitch and what I did was put my dogs lead around his neck and throw him about the place, After doing this many times my dog got so Riled up I ended up needing to give the dog my toy ;_;

When I am a bit older: If I ever got angry (which was quite rare) I would always just go "Lolololol" and I'd be happy :D

A bit older: I used to have this awesome Clicky top pen where I would just click it furiously, When I saw girls flirting with the guy I liked I would click really hard and a lot and most of my friends would just be all *Staaaaaaare*

Now: When I get angry which happens a few times, I always have someone I'm talking to to calm me down or to tell me positive things or cheer me up ;D Having a dysfunctional family isn't fun so I actually do get angry a few times but It's easy for me to cool down :3

Whenever I get angry (which is usually at an overpowered aspect online game, such as a gun that does too much damage *COUGH* AWP *COUGH*), I usually just shout randomly. However this doesn't last long and I usually calm down and become depressed o.O.
If I get angry at someone in person, I might try to hit them, but pull my fist away at the last second then calm down.
