Flood and Build issues for me

For someone reason in the flood server i cant use my q menu ive restarted removed things and dont know how to clear cache and on build server my e2 in wiremod errors on me so i cant use it anyother info you need just ask  :-* and i have looked all over google for an answer to my questions and none have fixed it..

completely delete your garrysmod/garrysmod folder then start garrysmod. you should have a clean slate to readd all your addons and stuff.

sorry that did not fix my problem but i read on a website that the ass_.... things could be the cause of it...
