Ehm. I've seen lots of people try to do admin apps here.

1. I haven't played with you, but I'm willing to bet that a 12 (13, whatever) year old with anger issues will break more than a few promises not to abuse if some mingebag tells him off. Sorry, but this is the way it is.
2. I'm not sure you're active enough on the forums to become admin yet. I may be wrong, but I've frankly never heard of you until recently.
3. All of the people with <30 posts like you. This cannot be good.

Until you convince me otherwise, I'm going to have to give you a 0.

From what I've heard of people before, You need to be part of the community for a while in order to get admin.
As well as being active in-game AND on the forums.
Seeing as though:
 1. You are a normal member  :-[
 2. I've never heard of you until like yesterday.
