Tell us what are a few good reasons to do the following.
Perma' Ban:Intentional and/or completely blantant disregard for rules or sense (3rd or 4th time)
Temp-Ban:Intentional and/or completely blatant disregard for rules or sense (1st or 2nd time)
Kick: Anytime, anywhere.... For real though, it is similar to ban except it is not intentional or it is so insignificant that it need not be banned for.
