lequiana respected application

Hello, my name is lequiana and I just started on random and then a tab pop up that said to type !info in chat to view servers and rules. So i typed that and it said something about respected and i clicked on that and it said that it has the privileges to votekick/ban ppl so iasked how do i become respected and some named don said to post on forums well the main thing here is if i could have respected

Theres not enough information for admins to even CONSIDER your application. And wrong section as well  :laugh:

Though in RND you can post in admin apps an app for Respected by only saying hi and still get Respected =D
