thats nothing... i have a clip of me UPLOADING at that speed, my peak was 11.4MB/s  :laugh:

lol my normal dl speed on torrants is like 6-15mbps depending on seeds etc

The only way cheat engine is illegal is if you use it to modify information on another server when its against their TOS. Also its illegal to edit packets.

Just being called a hacking tool doesn't make it illegal.
