PXH/Wire server hangs at Retrieving server info...

Today i tried connecting to the sandbox server, and it stopped at retrieving server info. I canceled out of it and the console showed this:

Connecting to 173.60.111.163:27015...
Connected to 173.60.111.163:27015

sandbox
Map: gm_wireconstruct_rc
Players: 10 / 12
Build: 3740
Server Number: 1

Attemped to precache unknown particle system "WheelDust"!
Attemped to precache unknown particle system "WheelSplash"!
Netchannel: failed reading message net_SetConVar from 173.60.111.163:27015.

(the red being when the console showed red text)

I removed 4 addons that i recently installed and that did not fix the problem.

This is a source engine bug. It cannot be 'fixed' permanently and happens time to time unfortunately.

The only way to fix this is an administrator map change.
