CSS Error Problem.

Lol ok so this has nothing to do with gmod or this community but i thought you guys could help me out.

basically i can't see sprays in css and i cant download models from other servers. When i get in the game they show up as huge error signs, and as you could imagine its not all that fun playing against huge error signs.

Do you have downloading custom files from servers or w/e enabled?
