I think that might be the key problem. You don't tell people why you ban/kick them.

moo ASKED everyone using the mic to slow down with the random banter so players that were saying who the T(s) were could before they died.
You (and i mean the ones that got kicked) continued to spam the mic with useless crap, thus warranting a kick.
