high ping problem

for some reason on any online server i have ping over 700 plz help

System Specs

Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1,Build 7600)

Processor
AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 820 Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz

RAM
8.00 GB

Graphics
Card NVIDIA GeForce GT 220

Your PC specs aren't going to effect your ping (In some cases.)
Ping is the connection, if you are having problems with your ping/connection, I suggest lowering the amount of things that are connecting to the internet on your PC.

Don't torrent

Make sure your ISP is not having problems

Make sure (if you are wireless) you are within a reasonable distance depending on the routers type( B, G, N, N+ )

Make sure your (wired) ethernet cable is not damaged
