Server help! Please view now!

I just created a garrys mod dedicated server, i forwarded my ports (I think i did it right  ???)

Server Watchdog-Active
VAC-Active

The server shows up on my favorites and history, but not on Internet. I can attempt to connect to the server but after about 5 seconds, it says connection failed after 4 re-trys.

Server IP (Both of them, not sure which to use to connect): 72.165.61.98:27011
                                                                                              216.207.205.98:27011
Server Title:STZ Test Server

How can i fix the connection failed thing?

UPDATE: Just found out that after about 10 minutes after exiting gmod, the server is gone from my favorites

Try jabbing a screwdriver into your motherboard
Sometimes the mother board won't allow you to open your ports,so you'll want to throw away your router
and remove your processer and then,jab a phillips head screw driver into your motherboard
repeatidly
