Moo abuses. Get over it, I mean he almost kicked me for using drunken combine for no reason but luckily I avoided hid Pingaz detection. :D

Drunken combine could lag the server. So he may had a reason for kicking you.
And also you could use that combine to annoy other players.

If he didn't annoy anyone/didn't lag the server, then there's no reason to ban/kick, lucky me, I never saw Moo abusing lawl (maybe cause I'm barely on the servers >.<)
