I had a bad reason for kicking you. Likewise you had a bad reason for kicking Toozikas. I can't be be cool with you kicking people if you can't be cool with a little bit of particle effects. Kicking someone for using smoke nades is not cool.

But ya, smoke can lag the crap out of some people, I also used some smoke nades and when I was asked to stop I stopped, if Moo was there that guy would get perma ban xD

If there's anything about admin powers I have learned in my days of administrating, it's that these "eye for an eye" things really don't ever go over well. By that, I mean you don't kick or ban another admin because they made a descision contrary to what you would have done. It will always stir up shit that should best be left alone. That, and if anyone DOES kick or ban unjustly, you need to report it to a higher athority (or at least a panel of other admins) before taking matters into your own hands.

And from the sounds of it, if he votekicked this guy, there must have been some other players that this guy must have pissed off for it to be passed successfully.

oh, and @[JP]yomogimochi: way to grammar  :)
