Mp5, tmp5 or para doesent work in flood

Hey all! ive been having a issue i never had before. since i left for a few months, i got a new computer (windows 7!) and i installed tf2, portal and gmod. however my mp5, tmp or para doesent work in the random flood server. the last time i played (few months ago) it has worked. im  :( becaouse i spent about 150k on stuff that doesent work. those were good weapons too. can anyone help me? know what my problem is?

Some people sugessted reinstalling, but im not sure if itll even work. and id hate to grab all those mods from garrysmod again, took me hours!

And I won't be able to get anything from my mum because of the stuff I've been doing...
