I did report him to FBI, but they probably won't do anything. Look at this link though, he is a known scammer. Its his email.

I have 7 Pentium IV Dell laptops for now and they are located in GA.. Below is a list of work needed to be done on each Pc.

5 Adobe Acrobat Reader
6 diagnose Hardware. Hard drive, video card, processor and what not.

dollars per PC, plus 25 Cents per mile that I have to drive (nothing
over 20 miles). That would come out to $140(7 computers) + milage.
