first attempt at npcs

i found some really nice models of combines ad decided to try making them into npcs. It works but there are some bugs like no melee attack.

In this pack are 3 friendly and 3 hostile. They have their own category and spawn icons i made :). Please try them.
Just extract into addons.

Please note i did not make the models, i found them on fpsbanana and facepunch (credits are in the credits.txt). It appeared noyne made them into npc's so i went ahead. Ill try fixing the melee bug and spawn icons which are switched around.
