Well, I just got it, any tips for first time users? I have some books on how to get started so I'll refer to them first...

In any good picture Will have many layers. Sure you can edit right on top, but using layers for each segment will make it look cleaner and the ability to make changes.
thats pretty much it. The rest to making a good picture is the filters, but there self explanatory.
