Did anyone have a problem with Steam where when you opened it up, nothing showed on it?

omg this just happend to me :/

edit: i fixed it, so the problem was i had undead patch because i wanted hl2 dm for some textures so i could make a map. Which was preventing my steam from updating, what i did to fix this was deleted the .cfg file in my steam folder let steam update and it was fixed.
