First apply for respected, get accepted, be on the forums/servers atleast 5-6 months, be nice to people, follow rules, prove you will be a great admin, make a nice admin app without grammar mistakes (lawl)

Lots of new people are applying for admin, maybe it's because they see they got respected so easily, so they think it's same with admin lawl
