Yes, i know there has been other post like this but it has considering in it!
Make a VIP position!
and for instance, make it in the (secret) section so only people who are known here can see it!
A vip player could have
Insta-kick (no ban and a 2 min timer between each kick)
Slap
Slay (timer)
If you think its good vote +1

and pls coolz, take a look at this and dont just ignore it....
