I am not sure if there is a limit on how many admins can be made per year .  im sure some/most of you guys  hoping to get admin think that if someone else gets admin while you are trying to, your odds of getting it have greatly decreased. this is because you say to yourself " aw crap ____ just got admin, i guess my opportunity for now  is over". 

to combat this, people vote -1 on apps, so they have a better chance of getting admin. -----> with this perspective you think that there is a limit or threshold of admins.

i personally do not do this. if i like someone alot like frank, striker, krasher, commandereddy, etc. (srry if i left out your name) i will vote +1.

on teh other hand you may have some people that vote no just because they think it reduces competition or because humans like to see others suffer (hahaha)

also, i dont think newbies should have the right to vote because their vote is as valuable as a widely known player, and you may asume that even well known peopel have given them -1.

i think each admin app should be given some slack due to people who vote -1 all teh time for reasons i have listed above.

i notice on average the -1 to +1 ratio is about 15-%20% for -1 and 80% combined for 0 and +1 (on well known respected members)

Guess it's a good thing becoming admin isn't a social popularity test eh? I'm sure the polls on admin apps count for very little or anything at all when Coolz and the rest are deciding who to make admin.

I'm insinuating that the polls on peoples' admin apps are practically pointless. Not only because there are actual skills needed to be an admin (such as some knowledge of coding I assume) but also because of what you're saying. Minges, haters, etc vote no on admin apps for ridiculous reasons.

if admin apps were practically pointless this section would not have to exist, but i do tihnk this section should exist because admin apps do tell you about players and community feedback.

yes you could say that " Minges, haters, etc vote no on admin apps for ridiculous reasons.", but  other respected members vote no for competitive reasons.
