Idea to reduce respected newbies/ abusers -discontued idea

My idea: change the damn way you get respected, I always complained about it, even when I joined I thought it was WAAAAYYY too easy to get respected and I always will complain about it until it will change.
Coolz should get some active, devoted, responsible, mature ppl to help him manage the forums/applications, because RND has a bad name, almost every server I go in, people think I'm a minge, smartass and fag only because I'm RND, of-course that then I prove them wrong, but getting respected should be ALOT harder.

Yeah, there are like only 30-40 people that really deserve respected status, and there are like 900 people that have it lol....
