Help! srsly ASSMOD fux up (for me)

i will not start in a BAD EMOTION >:O lol

ok.... first my gmod [auto]delete some files at TTT addon and assmod (which i download it at the server) then i redownloaded (not in the server)
and this is the link http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=412591 then something gone wrong.....................ALL F l_l X UP

Here's the problem or missing:

I cant see the window in votekick like initiate voteban or something like that

I cant see the window when i type !motd or !halp in chat

I cant use ANY tools in wire build srsly ( EVEN THE WELD AND NAIL )

Uninstall Gmod and re-install it back. This is the only way i could think of.

no dont do that
remane your garrysmod folder where your stuff is kept (2nd one) to garrysmod.old or delete it. it shouold auto install a vinnilla gmod aka a fresh install

Because you cannot use certain tools is because you have been "Previously Banned." by an admin.
