Admin APP

Hello all I'm 14 and i wanna be an admin, so i can help people on servers. I make programs/softwares in Delphi like an Data Base etc... and i very much like to make websites. I'm from Slovakia and i live in The Netherlands :) . I wanna help people very much with building things in Garry's Mod, i never was an admin on any game (cod4, css, gmod etc...). Please add me to admins  :)
