Right now in zs when you become last human you pretty much know your going to die soon so just a thought, maybe you should give them a boost of speed and about 50 hp when someone becomes last human just to make it a bit more interesting.

Everytime I'm last human, I survive for 3 mins.
Then get mauled by smasters.

a good idea, though, when im last human, most of the time i survive xD, unless Carp or The Doctor gets me.. lol

yeah i was thinking i would edit it so you would get a 20% speed boost and a yellowish red screen effect
