CSS demo lag D:

when l watch css demos it lags like this: CSS demo lag D:
the lag is not the flashing its the movement! its annoying to make movies and stuff...
when l watch gmod demos there is no lag at all :\
and no l dont got shit comp
so plz help

Looks like a gfx card driver problem or something, maybe the recorder was shite?

Try updating your graphix driver. I had flashing problems and gitching textures until i updated mine.

actually the flashing isnt the prob because l added them with sony vegas lol
the problem is that my movement lag. everytime l watch demo players movement lags.

host_framerate doesnt do anything lol it just speeds up.
