Here we go,
I found about 9 accounts linked to each other being used off and on.

I banned the link between these.

Krasher came to me and gave me the message that he was getting.

Apparently Krasher was part of the group of accounts that I had banned.

Krasher then admitted to creating one? or something along those lines.

Today Krasher logged in with different information.

I banned Krasher's account now for 7 days for a first offense.

I removed the perma-ban because Krasher did admit to at least creating one.

Lets hope I don't stumble across any more of these.
