1.     "you will never guess im pingas" STEAM_0:1:27460507

2.     "[-NT-]r0adKill" STEAM_0:0:98779

Reason: Spamming explosive barrels and lagging the server.

Details: I told them to stop spamming barrels, then they lit them and it caused major lag.
