Garry's mod server requirements

How much resources requred for Garry's mod server(not build, something like ZS). I want host my own server on 32 slots by i want know what hardware i need for it ;)

Min 2Gb ram, atleast Dual core 2.5 GHz , Higher is better :D


This is for it to be stable wif only 24 slots btw
