Simply put,

Make it so that if a player does not have a post explaing why they put a -1, the vote is not counted in the poll..
This may help prevent all of the -1 bombers that do it to everyone.

I made this post because I would like to have user feedback on all the bad things about me. Know what I mean? Having all good feedback doesn't help anyone, I need some negative feedback so I can know what the bad things about me are.

by this i wouldnt take your + and - ratio so seriouosdly, although it deos somewhat determine if you will be chosen or not
