Need help to capture videos.

Hello, I need help, I want to record videos in Garry's Mod but the programs that I go slow when you share, if someone save one of you do so, tell me, and burn videos together later annexed it to youtube ;D

wait wait wait, what?  i didnt understand it all but i mostly use Fraps (REGISTERED : P) , adobe aftereffecs and gimpshop to do my vids (my vids are private for now : P :) )

omgz i lost my adobe cdkey with the cd and some virus corrupted it.. anyways i cant do great vids now.. :/ but i hope your vids will come great and you need registered fraps to make vids longer than 30 sec and without the fraps logo on the vid
