I can make Server and configuration.
I can Install forum system etc... so web app.
I can Build house in Gmod
I can make Soso e2. Just not good.

Why Want admin?
My play time (JST 9:00 PM etc...) is No online admin.
and spammer in too many server.

people say need admin.
people say please make my respected url.

Just all admin is offline.
I want help all player.
and want give fun.

However, NO CAN SPEAK OR UNDERSTAMD JAPANESE ADMIN
I want to have the player of Japan and the player of other countries can played happily.
