I am going to explain to you Step by step.

Step 1 :Go to http://imageshack.us

Step 2:Click upload files, double click on the file(s) you want to upload.

Step 3:Click "View Full Image".

Step 4:Copy the url and paste in in this thread with

[img]<your url>[/img]

Step 5:Once done, click save.

YOUR DONE !
