Making that goddamn TTT rdm rule

So is RDM allowed or not? I don't understand. Simply in !rules you should make something like this
RDM IS NOT ALLOWED!
RDM IS ALLOWED! Respected beware!

Or etc, because it is very confusing, since 50% of the TTT players don't know which side is correct.

Explanation of the RDM:
Random Deathmatch
A player that is innocent, for example, kills 4 players, all of them are innocent, and he says they are suspicious! No there is no such thing as being suspicious while following you, most people say that they are stalking, but they are not, because there are other people around which can kill them.
So in short, RDM - Killing spree as an innocent.

Random Deathmatch is allowed - Thats Why karma system exist to prevent rdming.

Depending on Admin criteria they can: Kick and/or ban RDMERS that are High ASSHOLES :).

Prop Killing Means that YOU WILL GET PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM SERVER if you are or not innocent!

WHAT THIS MEAN

IF I AM TERRORIST AND PROP KILL = PERMA BAN

IF I AM INNOCENT AND PROP KILL = PERMA BAN

Prop killing is not a part of the game, Magnet tool was made to barricade, move objects and shiz.
