Ill have my say in this. There are more resepted abusers than people who actually deserve respected. Peopl have to show that they really care about the community nd dont minge themselves not to mention clearly knowing the rules, saying I will kick mingiez and not abuse is usually the only reason in most respected applications. Maybe some sort of standard short test before they can be accepted like a situation they have to deal with in proper manner.
Q: somebody is speedhacking what do you do?
A: lol how did you do that i want to know
(< wat, this is a clear sign he/she obviously doesnt care that much about others and is less than capable of handling a mingy situation like the next one)
Q: somebody is calling you a fail respected what do you do?
A: Kick him as a warning (<... the answer is pretty clear by now,no respected)
This is probably among the lines of what a good respected member should answer.

A: Tell to stop, if he doesnt then kick

A: k / say nothing / anything else that doesnt involve vulgar language or kick,ban.
