In all seriousness, to apply:
STEP0.5: Make sure you are respected first! For the love of good we won't make newbies admins! - Banana Hat
STEP1: post: name, age, education, location, computer skills (pertaining to Garry'smod is desired [i.e. lua, mapping, etc.] listing others couldn't hurt), and why you think you would be a good addition to the RND community.
STEP2: others in the community must vote by putting a +1, 0 or -1 on the application(as a reply but polls are ok. ;P), admins can vote but not required.
-LEGEND- (+1=Strongly believe the person would be a good admin, 0=good player but cant see as admin, -1=you have a personal problem/grudge with this person)
***rules*** please no favoritism, begging, complaining of any kind (especially the long time the process takes [Yes this process will take at least months]).
+you may ask other players and your friends to vote for you+
STEP3: if the players give you a good enough rating, next you should be friends with at least 1 admin and have an admin bring your application to the other admins attention, then the admins will review the application, tally the votes, and have a private conversation regarding you, your game play on the server (how long you play and how you play) , attitude, maturity, etc...
STEP4: if you pass, I'm sure you know the outcome.
