Adding theatre server

I love theater servers and play them all the time. I've seen this same version and we can set the VIP room to be respected only.

If you've played theater b4 you know how it works. If not I'll tell in a different post. Anyway, some of our amazing contributors might have to make another version of the gamemode because currently no one has released a version you can download on garrysmod.org.

I say no, looks boring after a few minutes, its better to put something else more fun instead...
