1. This is a hell of an idea.
2. This is a VERY bad idea.

Guy decides, "Fuck it, I hate RND, I will kick everyone that joins the server".

just keep the same 210 second time limit per kick-.-...

(make sure respected can still kick vip) then a respected would of kicked him before he can kick "everyone"
