allow admins to ban stamids!!!
As far as I know we can ban people by entering their steam id. That means we can ban people who are reported in the report section.

He means that if theres enough proof in the forum for an admin to ban he could just enter the steamid to a database which contains all the banned steamIDs
And i think there was a feature of it in assmod..

not really.. i got a static ip not a dynamic one.. you are talkin bout a dynamic ip :P
which is very simple.. theres just a pool of ips and each time someone logs on with their router they get assigned one.. and that ip is deassigned when the router goes off .P simple as shit
