This is a couple months old but nvidia can now run apps in 3D. Update your drivers and get your glasses!

Certain ATI cards have been able to do this for about half a year.

got the wrong ones! cyan and magenta. needed red and blue. got a new order. cyan and magenta work but make really bad ghosts.
