Yeah... on flood, they do get quite annoying...  When you say jump (because the noobs never even use their own boats and because they don't understand english because they're like 10-12), you feel kind of bad kicking them because they can't even understand what you're saying.  We need to get a russian to officially translate, "Jump off the boat or kick"... and "Stop swallowing your mic". :P

They come at 6-10am est. We should get all or some admins to come on there at that time. When I try to kick or ban them, they outnumber us and they vote no. They are like the kiddie 4chan almost! Please help! ??? ???

Maybe temporarily give a regularly active flood user temp admin for that time *COUGH* Duck *COUGH*?  Just a thought because 1. Most of the admins never go on the flood server and stay on it (It's usually a "Is everything okay", then they leave).  2. Most admins are mostly still asleep at that time...

Duck? Hell naw boy, hes given out a shitload of unwarrented kicks.

The admins should give temporary adminship to someone they believe deserves it, and not tell anyone else. Would be awesome if they where not listed as a admin but had admin powers, that way they would not know  ;)

Since I brought this to our attention and I who most of the Russians are, I think I should, at least, be considered.
