Admins aren't on every minute of the day, and there's no such thing as a mingeless server. Votebans are mostly ineffective because some vote NOT to ban "for the lulz," and some don't give a shit. I think the only solution is an automatic mute for an annoyance, no vote; however, this would require more admins or more privileges for respected (or do they already have muting power?)very well put
