Just a little heads up dr. doctor, They wont do a thing about your report unless you have proof of some sort. maybe next time go into your console, type "Record [name of choice here]" and then you will start to record your gameplay. When you want to stop recording simply type in console "stop" then go into your
C:/program files/steam/*steam username*/garrys mod/garrys mod/   and your demo should be there with the name you chose when recorded. Once recorded you can upload to http://megaupload.com
and once done uploading you can copy address of the download page and paste it into your report   OR   you can simply capture your screen by hitting the "PrtScn" button on your keyboard and simply upload the image.

I will be taking screenshots next time he does such.

Basically, this guy is a "all that" kid. I first spotted this wild minge in the wild territories of the flood server, where he was money rounding with a fellow minge, Zox. He claimed that the 5 dead people, including me, where crying about not playing, and he intended to carry on for the rest of the round, about 360 seconds. Only when threatened with contact of a admin did he finally end the round via his suicide. He then claims he is respected, and proves said title. How the shit he got respected, I will never know.

Later on, everyone is on his boat, no one is dead, thus the money round is a-ok in their eyes. I am then accused of shooting his boat, which I had mistakenly, with a 1 damage USP round. Me and some other guy where shooting each other for shits and giggles, no harm done, right? But no, that 1 damage made one of his props fall from 600 to 599 health! Oh the horror! He would lose one whole dollar at the end of the round! Oh the humanity! He then says he will vote kick me, because of course, 1 damage to his 7 prop ship is a hellish offense. Well, if I am going to get punished for something, I may as well do it, right? I then drop 3 grenades onto the boat, and empty enough MP5 ammo into a core prop of the boat to destroy it. I am then vote kicked, at a ratio of 4 kickers, 2 keepers.

Voted negative, I believe a admin should have the following qualities:

Good coherence: Its nice to know what the admin is actually saying, we dnt wunt u 2 typez liek dish hurph durph

Maturity: Self explanatory, I do not believe this bag like fellow possesses such quality.

Hard to influence: It seems in all the situations (eg a mingebag being a minge on the server) mingebaggers response in what he says is easily influenced by what others say, especially the first thing he hears or what selected people say. Because of this, if he became an admin it would be very easy to puppet him, leading to many possible false bans, mutes or kicks.

Good at handling bad situations: See above
