To record a DEMO: while in-game go to your console, type "Record [Name of Demo]" and then you will start to record your game play.
To stop recording: simply type in console "stop"
Location of recorded demo: C:/program files/steam/*steam username*/garrysmod/garrysmod/

Once posted you may post the link to your download page anywhere within your post.

To take a screen shot: Either press F5 in game and find the snapshots you took in the the screenshot folder in the garrysmod directory (see above for directory) -OR- every computer has a "Print screen" or "PrtScn" button usually located in the top right of your keyboard. After being presses you must paste (Ctrl+V) the snapshot in microsoft "Paint". from there you can save your image. Once finished, you may simply upload it to your post.

Ya got a bad headache that gets worse when you cough, bad sore throat, high fever, and not much stomach issues (compared to a normal flu)?

To keep the fever down, you can take Tylenol, then 2 hours later take Ibuprofin, then follow with Tylenol again after 2 hours. By alternating them you can keep even a brutal fever down without exceeding the safe dosages (Both of them are fever reducers). Also for fucks sake; don't stop coughing! When you try to login to that account does it say "Account hijacked" or something close? Thats what happend to me and i just went to the steam forum, Posted about it giving real proof by scanning and showing my CS:S Serial Code on the post. They got the account back for me in about 3 days.  *If your account does get hijacked it normally is because too many logins from multiple places.
