Hmm, I don't know if this really qualifies someone.
I mean post rank? Really..
In all fairness, I would love to have a system that picks who really should have what privileges and so on.
Problem is it's way too involved for the amount of users, would take a ridiculous amount of time to accomplish per applicant.
Also, if any new system was made (for any level of applicant), I would start from scratch by removing everyone from every rank.
Anyway, I have put thought into this although I'm still not sure which path to embark.
